What is your cancellation policy?

We know life happens, and sometimes plans change. Our cancellation policy helps us keep classes running smoothly, gives other students an opportunity to practice, and ensures our teachers are prepared for the people who have reserved a spot.

12-Hour Cancellation Window

Please cancel or reschedule your class at least 12 hours before the scheduled start time.

If you cancel within 12 hours of class, you will lose the class credit used to reserve your spot.

No-Shows

If you do not show up for a class, you will:

  • Lose the class credit used to reserve your spot, and

  • Be charged a $10 late cancellation/no-show fee.
